Launched in 2006, YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP’s Online Flagship Stores division partners with leading luxury brands to power their own e-commerce destinations. It provides a suite of B2B luxury services including online and mobile store development, high-precision omnichannel logistics, exceptional customer care, impactful digital marketing, data-driven merchandising and global strategy development.

The division’s main aim is to help brand partners anticipate customer needs and create a seamless luxury retail experience. Its advanced omnichannel model – NEXT ERA – blurs the lines between online shopping, mobility and the boutique, providing unprecedented visibility and access to products across the world, transforming the shopping journey for customers, wherever they are and however they choose to shop.

In 2019 YOOX NET-A-PORTER officially opened its new state-of-the-art Innovation Space in Milan to support the Online Flagship Stores mono-brand offer, exploring the shopping experience of the future by combining mobile, visual recognition, augmented reality and customised technologies.
